Our Communities of Northwest Stokes Foundation supports an annual grant program that has funded 30 projects by local educators and entrepreneurs over the past seven years. 

GRANT applications for the 2026-2027 funding cycle

Our Communities of Northwest Stokes Foundation is pleased to announce that its annual grants program is open for the 2026-2027 funding cycle. The purpose of this program is to encourage citizens of northwest Stokes County to carry out projects that have an educational benefit for local communities. Individuals or groups such as school or community organizations located in northwest Stokes County are eligible. Additional details and a digital copy of the grant application form can be obtained by emailing ourcommunitiesgrants@gmail.com. Completed applications should be emailed as pdf files to ourcommunitiesgrants@gmail.com or mailed as paper copies to: Our Communities of Northwest Stokes Foundation, 7104 NC 89 West, Westfield, NC 27053.

The deadline for receiving completed applications is Friday, October 16, 2026.
